Dr Patel is better known by his team and patients as Ash.

He took over Ringmer Dental in March 2016 and his vision has been to focus on providing unparalleled patient care and offering the highest quality dentistry available today.

Ash qualified from King’s College London in 2005 and has since worked mostly in private practice. He has developed a keen interest in offering his patients the latest types of cosmetic dentistry, as well as more general dentistry. He strongly believes there are always a number of different options for every patient, and takes time to understand his patients’ needs and preferences, so he can come up with a suitable treatment plan together with his patients. His relaxed style has allowed many patients previously put off dentistry to regain their confidence and achieve their goals.

He has continued to undertake further training all over the world to keep up with the latest changes in dentistry. This has included further courses in advanced smile makeovers under the supervision of Dr Christopher Orr (President of the British Association of Cosmetic Dentistry) and also training at the world renowned Pankey Institute in Miami, USA. Ash has been providing teeth straightening since 2007 and has experience using all the current systems including Invisalign (clear braces) and fixed wire braces.

Away from dentistry, Ash loves spending time with his wife and two young children. He is also a keen fan of all sports and when he is not at work you will either find him watching movies, playing football or supporting Liverpool FC.

Anastasia graduated from Riga Stradins University in 2006. In the autumn of 2006, Anastasia followed her family and moved to the UK. She settled in a small town in Northamptonshire where she has been working for more than 17 years. Anastasia is an experienced dentist who has been running her own private practice for the last 8 years. She has recently relocated to East Sussex.

Anastasia considers herself to be perfectionist when it comes to her work. She frequently attends seminars and conferences in order to keep up to date with the latest advances so she can provide the highest quality of treatment to all her patients.

Outside of work, Anastasia likes spending her time with her family and with her ginger English bulldog. She also likes to travel and enjoys experiencing different foods.

Paul qualified from Queen’s University Belfast, and completed Postgraduate training in Oral Surgery and Sedation at The University of Bristol.

He has worked in practices specializing in Implantology and Oral Surgery for 15 years, and has received training from leaders in Dental Implantology and bone-grafting.

Implant treatments available range from the replacement of a single missing tooth right through to fixed alternatives for denture wearers.

On a more personal level, he is a keen musician and has played guitar in a number of bands, although it appears his music career is destined to remain purely amateur.

I have been a Dental Nurse since 2011 and I qualified in 2012. I joined the Ringmer team back in January 2018 and love being a part of the amazing team. It’s so rewarding to work in a village practice, looking after the local families & ensuring all our patients’ dental appointments are as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

I am also the Marketing manager, I’m responsible for handling all the practice’s marketing & social media accounts.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my young daughter & family. I love going abroad, exploring new places and socialising with my friends.

I have recently taken on the role of Clinical manager where I am responsible for all the clinical tasks of the practice.
